Daily / Diarised Collections

You do not need to create these yourself, they will be created automatically by the platform, allowing you to select them wherever you can pick a manifest, such as the consignment creation page. You may still need to create manifests if you require additional collections beyond what is normally arranged.

Ad-hoc Collections

These can be created as needed from the manifest picker on the consignment page and CSV upload options. The picker will indicate whether the selected option is an existing manifest or if it will create a new one. Be aware that ad-hoc collections will usually incur a booking fee. If you require a second trailer or manifest for the same day and dispatch center, you might need to create it manually from the Manifests Page
