Install on Windows

To install on Windows, all you need to do is extract the program from the zip archive and place it anywhere on your computer. The program desn't require installation, and can be safely moved around on your computer without consequence to saved settings. One option is place it directly on your desktop, alternatively you can put it anywhere else, and make a desktop shortcut to it.

Install on Mac

We don't currenlty proved a packaged release for MacOS, but we do have a pre-built program that will run with a few extra steps. You will need to run a few commands in your terminal before you can run it the first time. First, it's recommended to make a new folder on your computer to place the program. Once you have done that and moved or downloaded the program there, Open the terminal App on your Mac, and navigate to the folder.

cd /path/to/your/program-folder

Run the following command to make the program runnable

chmod +x tuffnells-link-app

Remove the quarantine flag:

xattr -d com.apple.quarantine tuffnells-link-app
